Unhappy People

Jack Lalanne has been inspiring people for over 70 years! He created the first modern health spa in 1936 and brought fitness to television in 1951. Now in his 90's, he looks 50 and is still helping people live a full and healthy life.

While there are many that have used the media to communicate a message of encouragement, Mr. Lalanne's compassion and concern comes through like no other. This video message is a valid today as it was in the 1960's as he takes a moment to address a "unhappy America."
