There are two reason why I have for believing that this a stuffed toy rabbit posed in garden:
1)No red-eye: real rabbit's eyes reflect light back to produce a distinctive red "evil eye" look (especially if they're spotlighted or photo-ed with a flash).
2)The obvious seam running down the centre-line of it's ear. I doubt very much that a real rabbit is stitched together.
